    Select your combination of starters, mains and desserts for a classic three course meal. Add amuse, canape, palate cleanser and pre-dessert to appreciate the full fine dining experience.

    Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-free and Dairy-free options are offered complementary as standard. We recommend to always confirm dietary requirements with all your guests before the party.

    Personal chef - check, friendly server - check! Is something still missing? Beverages can be offered as part of the full private catering service. Ask us about our selection of wines.
  4. Gourmet BBQ
    Entertain your guests and let your Private Chef do the grill. Gourmet burgers are our speciality. Paired with other meats, grilled veg, fish and sides - all you have to take care of is flowing conversation.
  5. Signature Buffet
    Classic British or Mediterranean buffet. Why not try our selection of salads, french breads, cous cous, a selection of smoked meats and cheese, gourmet mini burgers and BBQ chicken.

How to Book?

SIMPLE 3-STEP BOOKING PROCESS

Step 1: Tell us about your party

First, we look at the four main questions - date, occasion, location and the number of people. If you have a budget in mind, it would also be great to know, as we can tailor our services to most requirements. Ask your guests about their dietary requirements. It is imperative for us to know if there are any allergies, intolerances or if someone just doesn't like certain foods.

Step 2: Choose the level of service

Are you looking for a sit-down meal, a BBQ, buffet or a tasting menu? Would you like for a waiter/s to accompany the private chef? For a three course sit-down menu, we recommend one waiter for every six guests. Will you have cutlery, crockery and table linen available on location or would you like for them to be provided. If you are staying in a holiday home, we would be happy to liaise with the venue directly on your behalf.

Step 3: Choose your menu

We have a selection of sample menus and are always happy to tweak them or come up with a brand new menu! For a three-course menu, once we agree on a menu with two dishes per course, we will send it to you in PDF to share with your guests. Your guests then pre-order their meal, like they would do for a wedding. All we need is everyone's individual choices seven days before the dinner party.

WHY OUR THREE-COURSE MENUS SUGGEST A CHOICE OF TWO OPTIONS PER COURSE

  • It is very rare that all guests will want the same dish for their starter, main and dessert 
  • At the same time, it would be difficult for a chef to cook and plate more than two dishes per course
  • Compromise: two dishes per course, happy chef and happy diners!
  • Extra vegetarian alternative is provided as standard
